Zero Gravity by Raikoh-illust Zero Gravity by Raikoh-illust
Maya Jeda in a zero G environment, inspired by the movie Gravity, which I recently saw for the first time.
It is,in my own personal opinion, is the best movie I had ever seen in the last 10 or 15 years.

I haven't seen the movie, but I really like this image. The lighting is beautiful and I really love the pose/framing. It looks very tranquil. :)

nice work!
I liked gravity too, but it would have been the greatest movie ever if they went with a Planet of the Apes ending.

since you like the movie, I personally did not understand the hype behind this film. Yes it was pretty and the effects were top notch but I could not get into the movie. What made you like it? just curious.

Well for a Hollywood movie compared to others, it is the most original and unique film in recent years. It's a film where there are literally only two main characters,  and Sandra Bullock's character is one the felt as the most believable and realistic female character, she is the real star, and what she went through is quite an emotional ride. And not to mention it breaks new grounds with the technology this was filmed, the music, the cinematography, and the story it all just works harmoniously and beautifully, so it made me care for the main character.

I heard some physicians got kicked out of a movie theatre because they complained about some parts being rather unrealistic. :P Haven't seen the movie, though. It still could be good.

Oh yes, I had known about that. One of them, Neil DeGrasse Tyson I think it's his name, gave like a list of things that aren't possible, or unreal. But in the end, he said he loved the movie.
