Silent Predator by Raikoh-illust Silent Predator by Raikoh-illust
This is Soundwave in his Jet mode, or rather something that looks a lot like one of those UAVs often called called "Predator" if I'm correct. I did looked at a few actual shots of that plane for reference, though Soundwave's design is I think different in some parts.

Looks more like Global Hawk than Predator. They are very similar aside form size, though. This is just me nitpicking.

Actually, there are two specific UAV's of this design, one is called "Predator", the other is called "Reaper". The difference is the size as the Reaper drone is significantly larger, and the rear fins - Predator drone's two rear fins are underneath, the Reaper drone's rear fins are set two on top and one smaller fin underneath. Thus Soundwave's alt is actually the Reaper drone UAV. **smiles**

That looks like a drone.

Scale is a major factor in determining which drone you're looking at, Predator and Reaper at a glance can look almost identical. The Predator is smaller and older, the Reaper newer; and over all beefed up model with more weapons capabilities. Up swept tail suggests reaper, lack of hard points on wings suggest predator. And sometimes people mistake Global Hawk for either. As it is a transformer I'm just going to figure it's going to do whatever it wants. XD Nice work.

Yeah, I recently found out about how there are several different models that are of different sizes and features. I think the people that designed Soundwave propably only looked at a few images of the UAVs and took liberties in the design for it.
