This is meant as what I call a lightning study, I do tend to do this to practice my lightning techniques.
I based this on that moment from the Clone Wars micro series where we are first introduced to him. I wasn't really paying attention to detail, which is why the characters don't look that detailed, but that's okay, maybe sone day I might continue working on it.
