This is a character that was originally created by Takara Tomy for a promotional event ocurring over in Japan, and she is one of the many autobot commanders that were created as mascots for different regions of Tokyo I believe. She represent the district of Akihabara, and she is based on Arcee in terms of the basic design.

I really really love it! She's really cute and adorable. :icondawwwwplz:
She must be the Otaku from the group(I mean she does represent the district of Akihabara). It be great if she appeared in the show(Or at least in the toyline). It be hilarious if she showed Team Prime her creepy Arcee/Airachnid doujinshi collection. That might be hysterical.
