Akiba Prime

This is a character that was originally created by Takara Tomy for a promotional event ocurring over in Japan, and she is one of the many autobot commanders that were created as mascots for different regions of Tokyo I believe. She represent the district of Akihabara, and she is based on Arcee in terms of the basic design.
